Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Gender, Education, Social Sciences, International Development, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum of five years experience in gender equity and GBV program management, coordination, policy, advocacy, technical assistance, and transformative approaches.
- Relevant experience supervising community-based social development and gender mainstreaming programs.

4.) Design Thinking / Innovation Specialist

Qualifications/Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Public Policy, Social and Behavioral Science, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Cultural Anthropology, or related degree.

7.) Program Intern

Responsibilities
- Provide program and administrative support to technical teams to implement project deliverables.
- Support literature search/desk review and monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project activities.
- Support project teams in analytical processes including evidence gathering, design, and implementation of social programs and policies.
