We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Assistant
Location: Adamawa
Qualifications
Generic professional competencies for this position:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience from working in a humanitarian/recovery context.
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field such as Statistics, Development studies etc.
- Experience with surveys, studies, data entry & analysis, management and analysis a must.
- Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts.
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities.
- Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
- Managing resources to optimize results.
- High-level competency in computer skills (data analysis software e.g. Excel, Epi Info, SPSS, or similar)
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Fluency in Hausa languages
- Context related skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and with limited supervision.
- Highest standards of ethics and integrity
- Ability to work in insecure environments. Communicating with impact and respect

2.) GBV Case Management Officer
Location: Borno
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field (gender studies, public health, social work, humanities, law, psychology, sociology).
- 2-5 years’ experience with minimum of 2 years relevant experience in GBV in emergencies, gender programming.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in INGO
- Experience in working within a relatively large team. Ability to carry-out responsibilities independently with minimal technical support from within the organization.
- Experience in enforcing the compliance of internal control procedures and policies relating to different departments and activities.
Requirements:
- Essential Strong commitment to human rights, gender equality, and understanding of issues surrounding violence against women and girls. Commitment to and understanding of NCA core values and principles.
- Must adhere to and encourage PSEA and NCA Code of Conduct and ensure timely reporting.
- Strong belief in and commitment to human rights and gender equality.
- Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision. Resilient, flexible and gender sensitive.
- Ability to work/communicate effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
- Experience working with community groups, community leaders and women empowerment initiative.
- A person with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, good time management and planning skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, fluency in local language.
- Strong computer skills (Word and Excel) Willingness to travel to field sites frequently and strong, experience working in GBV programs, managing WGSS and IDP peri- Urban settings.

3.) Protection from Violence Specialist
Location: Borno
Generic Professional Competencies
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Law, Social Sciences or related disciplines). An advanced academic qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience within technical expertise area in a humanitarian/ recovery context.
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities.
- Knowledge and skills in market analysis, cash-based interventions and market-based programmes.
- Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Context /Specific Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Experience managing a complex protection programme including implementation, programme development, fundraising and budget development. Experience in site management programme implementation is an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of key technical standards (IASC, protection mainstreaming, IHL, gender and humanitarian principles, donor markers on gender and disability etc.) and a demonstrated ability to integrate them into programming.
- Knowledge of the Nigeria humanitarian context.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience with start-up, scale-up projects and emergency contexts.
- Specific expertise in monitoring and analysis of displacement trends, collective sites, and protection risks (quantitative and qualitative data), including in the absence or regular, consistent or reliable data.
