We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Personal Assistant to GMD
Locations: Abuja (FCT) , Lagos and Ogun
Minimum Competencies & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration, Public Administration or related fields.
- At least 5 years working experience in a similar position
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative/executive assistant/PA role in a highly pressurized environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion in handling internal and external contacts (essential).
- Experience of diary management/researching and booking of travel and accommodation (essential).
- Experience of successfully working with senior management.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 / month.

2.) Business Development ManagerLocation: Lagos
Educational Qualifications
- First Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or any Social Sciences.
- A Master’s Degree or an MBA will be added advantage
- Minimum of 6 years postgraduate cognate experience, 2 years out of which must be in a managerial position.
- Demonstrate understanding and application of complex sales techniques and track record creating, negotiating and closing multi-million large-scale deals.
Technical:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

Qualifications / Experience

- Project Management experience, preferably within the Marine sector
- Experienced in PMO reporting i.e. status reporting, risks & issues escalation, milestone reporting etc
- Minimum of 5years of hands-on experience in composite boat building

Technical:
- Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines
- experience in Quality Management oversight or process management will be an advantage
Non-Technical:
- Experience in Leading and Managing people, with the confidence to give direction to a team and drive delivery to deadlines
- Must be experienced in planning and setting up projects from start, running workshops to gather input from subject matter experts, to creating a plan
- Computer literate in all Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as standard (Microsoft Projects and use of ERP systems)
- Strong communication skills

Salary Range
