We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Logistic Officer
Location: Bauchi
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- A University Degree in a relevant field is an asset.
Experience:
- At least four years of professional experience in supply chain management, inventory management and related fields with reputed national/international organizations.
- Proven experience in supporting the implementation of technical cooperation projects and working effectively with government bodies and other social partners in charge of policymaking and with development partners would be an asset.
- Previous working experience on USAID and EU projects with a similar function would be an asset.
Languages:
- Excellent command of English and Hausa languages.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of programme logistics planning, procurement and a thorough understanding of various policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, web-browser, and other computer software packages required.
- Thorough knowledge of in-house procedures for preparing documents and administrative forms, and for creating and maintaining filing systems.
- Ability to prepare preliminary reports and draft correspondence.
- Good communication skills. Both orally and in writing, and the ability to communicate with people to build good working relationships.
- Ability to organize your own work and to work independently as well as work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Must demonstrate responsible behaviour and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and not demonstrate gender-discriminatory behaviour and attitudes.

2.) Social Media Assistant
Location: Cross River
Minimum Requirements and Job Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for non-profit organizations or conservation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of wildlife conservation and environmental issues in Nigeria.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.
- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.

3.) Financial Assistant
Location: Cross River
Minimum Requirements and Job Skills
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is usually required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar background.
- Basic Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, concepts, and practices is essential. This includes knowledge of debits and credits, financial statements, and basic financial analysis.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and possibly enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is important for managing financial data.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is crucial in accounting. S/he must be meticulous in their work to avoid errors in financial records.
- Communication Skills: Being able to effectively communicate with team members, and other stakeholders is important, as s/he often needs to explain financial information and collaborate with different units.
- Organizational Skills: S/he will often work on multiple projects simultaneously. Good organizational skills are necessary to keep track of various financial data and deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: S/he will analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on their findings.
- Time Management: Meeting deadlines is a critical aspect of the role. S/he must manage their time well to ensure timely completion of tasks.
