1.) Medical Doctor
Location: Lagos
Duties and responsibilities
- Managing appropriately all patients as necessary.
- Ensuring that patients understand all treatments and procedures while providing health care.
- Taking care and advising the patients referred by other hospital specialist colleagues.
- Ensure that referrals are attended to promptly by carrying out appropriate investigations and treatments & issuing a discharge summary to every patient prior to leaving the hospital.
- Evaluating selected medical records of patients, case notes, and discharge letters of patients at peer review.
- Providing reports, and contributing to developing, budgeting, and planning of medical services.
- All cases should be documented as per the requirements of the organization.
- Taking part in medical audits as required from time to time to monitor care delivery.
- Ensure that the in and out of your unit is clean at all times to keep it free from infection.
- Keep all equipment clean, functional, and safe for use always, and ensure that the Bio-Medical Engr. carries out routine checks on them.
- Ensure judicious use of consumables and keep a stock of consumables against the number of tests done.
- In case of emergency follow emergency protocols / SOPs.
- Explain to patients on preventive healthcare services & promote health checks considering the challenges of the place.

2.) Senior Perioperative Nurse
Location: Lagos
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with patients prior to surgery to complete paperwork, and help answer questions or calm fears about surgery
- Monitoring a patient’s condition during and after surgery.
- Selecting and passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon during operation (sometimes referred to as a scrub nurse).
- Managing the overall nursing care in the operating room to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment (sometimes referred to as a circulating nurse).

4.) Pharmacist
Location: Lagos
Duties & responsibilities
- Provides clinical pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Prioritizes level of care based on critical needs.
- Ensuring medicinal products are stored appropriately and securely to ensure freshness and potency.
- Ensuring medication reaches the guest in the correct form and dose – this may include tablets, capsules, ointments, injections, inhalers, creams, etc.
- Responsible for the accurate dispensing and timely distribution of drugs and medicines for inpatients or outpatients.
- Counseling patients on the effects, dosage and route of administration of their drug treatments, particularly those who require complex drug therapy.
- Responding to medication-related queries from within the hospital, other healthcare service providers and the general public.
- Prevents, detects, and resolves medication-related problems and to make appropriate evidence-based, guest-centered medication therapy recommendations.
- Appropriately document clinical interventions.
- Supervising and checking the work of less experienced and less qualified staff;
- Keeping up to date with, and contributing to, research and development, often in collaboration with medical staff and colleagues in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Writing guidelines for drug use within the hospital, preparing bulletins and implementing hospital regulations.
- Providing information to individual wards on budgets and expenditure on drugs.
- Actively participates in code-12 and practice specific hospital alert response when necessary.
- Setting up clinical trials, evaluating new medications against claims made by pharmaceutical companies and recommending new medicines that are the safest and most effective for individual guest needs.

7.) Human Resources Officer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and working with managers to facilitate, end-to-end recruitment (internal and external campaigns) including revision of job descriptions, advertising, candidate application management, tracking, selection, onboarding and induction programs.
- Seek onboarding feedback from new employees and proactively assist with resolving any issues.
