1.) Farm Supervisor (Crop and Vegetable)
Location: Ondo
Job Specification
Education:
- B.Sc or HND qualification in Agriculture or Agricultural Sciences from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with vegetable crops and green house planting
Skills & Competencies:
- Familiar with international best practices of growing, cultivating, harvesting and storing vegetable crops
- Capacity and experience to develop training manuals and also train subordinates
- Compulsory knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills
- Vast experience in crop planting (Vegetables) with experience in green houses planting
- Knowledge of export standard for vegetables
- Worked in a structured environment and exposed to proper practice.
- Responsible for supervising the planting of crops and vegetables on the farm
- Must reside in Ondo State or be willing to relocate (Accomondation is available).
Salary
N3,000,000 Annually.

2.) Operations Manager (Crops and Vegetables)
Location: Lagos
Job Specification
Education:
- B.Sc or HND qualification in Agriculture or Agricultural Sciences from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 8 years in Agribusiness
- At least 3 years experience at managerial level.
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience with the requirements for vegetable export
- Must have hands on experience of how the agribusiness sector works
- Knowledgeable in the raising of funds for agribusiness
- Must be willing to shuttle between Ondo Town and Lagos
- Familiar with international best practices of growing, cultivating, harvesting and storing crops
- Capacity and experience to develop training manuals and also train subordinates
- Knowledge of Animal Husbandry will be an added advantage
- Compulsory knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Good people development, management and leadership skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Requisite Qualification
- Minimum of First Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution or equivalent.

- Experience with techno commercial issues to include tendering, contract negotiation and Vendor Management
- Must have theoretical design and site implementation
- Minimum of 15 years work experience with evidence of at least three large projects related to the above in which he played a leadership role
- Ability to design will be an added advantage.
