We are currently recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) DCS Technician
Location: Nigeria
Profile
- Experience in F&G monitoring systems
- Experience in Subsea control systems would be prefrered
- Basic understanding of system architecture and networks
- Experience in PLC, Allen Bradley, Siemens, ladder logic systems etc. plus related communication interfaces and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) – and all Machine Monitoring Systems (Bentley Nevada) including GE System 1
Candidate Criteria:
Minimum level of experience required:
- 6 years or more
Required authorisations:
- 2 years’ experience with Distributed Control Systems
- High standard of technical and professional knowledge of DCS and Safety systems hardware and software.
- Required offshore experience * onshore experience is acceptable
- Basic safety and personal survival techniques
- Security Awareness Training (SAT).
Languages:
- English (E-Native or bilingual proficiency).

2.) Shutdown Civil & Structural Supervisor / Coordinator – M/F
Location: Lagos
Profile
- A background in Project, Maintenance or Operational engineering either onshore or offshore.
- Experience of delivering Shutdown’s or projects within an offshore oil and gas environment (FPSO experience highly beneficial).
- Understanding of oil and gas engineering processes. Applied knowledge of shutdown, project and maintenance planning processes.
- Good knowledge of offshore construction activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Operations, Maintenance, Construction and Vendor teams.
- Willingness to travel offshore as required (BOSIET & offshore survival).
- Willingness to take on a role that will be both challenging and demanding at times requiring full commitment and focus.
- Flexibility required during shutdown period. Pro-active with a “can do” attitude and an ability to find solutions within a fast-paced environment.
Candidate criteria:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

3.) Fitter Foreman
Location: Nigeria
Profile
- Offshore experience is mandatory
- Extensive experience in Oil & Gas
- Experience in shutdown project is mandatory

4.) PLC Specialist (Triconex)
Location: Lagos
Profile Required
- Knowledge of the oil and gas treatment process, installations and equipment.
- Advanced knowledge and skill in Schneider’s Triconex Safety Instrumented Systems.
- Knowledge of general instrumentation concepts, field devices (sensors and final elements), instrument loops, etc.
- Awareness of Emerson’s DeltaV Process Control System, Siemens’ SIMATIC Industrial Automation Systems and Allen Bradley’s ControlLogix System is an added advantage.
Minimum level of Experience Required:
- 6 years or more
Required Authorizations:
- 6 years’ experience in the field of Control and Safety Systems and a minimum of 3 years as a Specialist in Control and Safety systems in the Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industry.

5.) Turnaround Specialist
Location: Lagos
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, API certifications) preferred.
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in turnaround planning, scheduling, execution, or management roles within the oil and gas industry, with specific experience in offshore operations preferred.
- Proficiency in turnaround planning software/tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, develop effective solutions, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
