1.) Site Land Surveyor
Location: Kaduna
Job Description
- Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps and reports of legal descriptions of surveys
- Conduct basic calculations using field note data
- Study, learn and interpret CAD computer applications
- Perform as Senior Project leader for survey at in house and mapping projects
- Provide consistent and superior quality documents for survey, design and building projects for all clients in region
- Writing descriptions of property boundaries
- Researching legal documents, survey records and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries
- Involve in implementing mapping contracts and indefinite quality (IQ) surveying.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N100,000 – N110,000 Monthly.

2.) Front Desk / Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos NYSC Portal
Job Description
- Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls to appropriate office
- Monitor office supplies and place oreder when necessary
- Perform administrative and business development duties
- Provide administrative support across the organization
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Organizae and maintain files and records by developing a filling systems
- Perform business development and develop strategies in reaching out to prospective clients
- Conduct regular facility inspection, document, and take necessary action duties at the front desk.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.

Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite investigations and analyze data (maps. reports, tests, drawings etc
- Carry out technical & feasibility studies & draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specification
Requirements & Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 3 years work experience.
- Proven working experience as a site civil engineer
- Proficiency in site layouts, grading, utility design, regulation control and regulatory approvals.
- Project management and supervision skills.
