We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Branch Manager
Location: Ogun
Qualifications / Experience
- First Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or any Social sciences.
- A Master’s Degree or an MBA will be added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years postgraduate cognate experience, 3 years out of which must be in a managerial position.
Technical:
- Proven working experience as Branch Manager and operations manager in relevant role
- Demonstrate understanding and application of complex sales techniques and track record creating, negotiating and closing multi-million large-scale deals.
- Ability to build rapport
- Customer focused
- Time management and planning skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
Non-Technical:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning and decision making
- Collaborating on teams
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.

2.) Technical Design Manager
Location: Ogun
Qualifications / Experience
- First bachelor’s degree/HND Mechanical Engineering or related field
- A Master’s degree or an MBA will be an added advantage
- Proficient in the use of Solid Works, AutoCAD with relevant certifications
- Minimum of 5years of hands-on experience in an automobile industry with expertise in Technical Design
- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
Technical:
Broad and extensive knowledge of:
- Design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
- Armored Vehicle Design, Fabrication and Integration
- Engineering administration
- Practices, processes, and expectations with respect to project engineering
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
- Knowledge of client design requirements across multiple industry sectors
- Prepare contingency plans for the unexpected (pro-active, forward-looking
Non -Technical:
- Proven ability to build and manage a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discipline, integrity and result-oriented
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve desired objectives.
- Strong organizational, people management, and technical skills

Salary Range
N300,000 – N400,000 per month.

3.) IT Manager
Location: Ogun
Qualifications
- Degree / Masters in Information Technology field. Along with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems, Microsoft or Cisco certification.
- Applicable Microsoft certifications: MCSA, MCTS or MCITP for Windows Server, MCDST for workstations.
- A minimum of three to 5years of experience in a fast-paced working environment.

4.) Auto Panel Beater
Location: Ogun
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification.
- Panel Beater Certification, or equivalent vocational training.
- At least 3 years experience as Vehicle Finisher/ Panel Beater.
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater would be advantageous
- Physically fit and able to operate heavy machinery.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work overtime when needed.
- Spray painting, general welding, and brazing experience.
- Ability to operate mechanical, hydraulic, and metalworking equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of automotive industry safety specifications and regulations.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
