Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Administration, Knowledge Management, or related field.
- Relevant progressive experience in program management, partner management, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and office operations/administration.
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
- Ability to maintain financial records and prepare financial reports.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong oral/written communication skills in English.
- Experience with USAID-funded governance programs highly desired.

3.) Senior Public Health Surveillance Advisor
Location: Abuja
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related fields
- At least 5 years of progressive public health experience and/or research experience within the HIV/AIDS program.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Nigeria’s Health ecosystem.
- Demonstrate knowledge of epidemiology, statistical analysis, and public health relevant to the HIV and TB epidemic
- Demonstrate experience managing research/evaluation projects and resources.
- Demonstrate innovative methods to manage aggregate and individual-level data to inform epidemic response.
- Demonstrate experience in managing large datasets from program/survey/surveillance data.
- Expertise in MIS Office and statistical analysis software such as SAS, STATA, or SPSS
- At least 3 first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals.
