We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Nigeria Health Safety and Security Coordinator
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- A relevant University Degree or equivalence
- At least two years of professional experience on similar roles.
- Experience developing security risks mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting security risk assessments and reporting.
- Experience engaging with external partners to gather information.
- Experience analyzing information and providing recommendations and advisory to organizations’ leadership.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, in unstructured environments
- Collaborative approach and ability to work across many different departments effectively
- Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) for contact and risk management experience
- Language: English and Yoruba fluency required.

2.) Nigeria Research and Evaluation Lead
Location: Niger
Qualifications
For this role specifically, you will have:
- Professional experience of 7+ years, reflecting an interest in international development.
- Academic or professional background in designing, implementing evaluations/research, and analyzing findings.
- Strong quantitative skills and experience with statistical software, preferably STATA or R.
- Preferred Master’s Degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Statistics, or a related field, but not strictly required.
- Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Hausa is an added advantage

3.) Global Client Data Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics
- SQL, Python, or R competence
- Experience with data storytelling
- Knowledge of ETL ideas, tools, and data structures
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluency with basic statistical techniques such as regression analysis and significance testing
- Experience with BI dashboarding tools, with a preference for PowerBI and SuperSet
- English fluency. Other useful languages are Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, and French
