- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences especially in areas of Community Development, Management or equivalent qualifications with certificate in project management
- Minimum of 5years’ managerial experience in planning, implementing and evaluating community-based programmes in emergency/relief context

7.) Branch Restoring Family Links (RFL) Focal Person
Location: Yobe
Requirements
- Must possess a University Degree/HND
- A minimum of 2years of experience in relevant areas
- An active staff or volunteer of the Nigerian Red Cross Society for at least three years in the area of disaster management and/or restoring family links.
- To know the organization and functioning of the Nigerian Red Cross Society in particular and the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in general.
- To know the sociopolitical, security and humanitarian environment of Nigeria.
- To have a sound understanding of English language/excellent self-expression in at least two Nigerian languages (preferably Hausa & Kanuri).
- To have good computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point and internet web-based searching.
- To be dynamic and autonomous/capable of performing multiple tasks
- To have excellent communication, interpersonal, advocacy and networking skills.
