Experience:
- Minimum of six years’ experience in using biostatistical and epidemiological methods to manage and conduct epidemiological and/or social scientific research and/or surveillance.
- Relevant experience in AMR program implementation including NAP AMR development and implementation; Global health security programs and surveillance.
- Knowledge and experience of disease surveillance and other relevant health programs

Required Qualification:
- A Post-graduate Degree in Health Financing, Health Economics, Public Policy, or Public Health.
Required Minimum Experience:
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in designing and leading financing for public health programmes, preferably for HIV and tuberculosis on a large scale. Experience in international public health highly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in health policy development, implementation, and evaluation.
