1.) Finance Officer
Location: River
Responsibilities
- Track and provide support towards timely preparation and submission of financial reports in line with donor standards( timeliness, accuracy and quality)
- Responsible for reviewing, managing, and tracking of financial performance effectiveness, and efficiency for Lifetime Caring International Foundation, e.g burn rates, expenditures against approved work plans and budgets. 200 Romantic Love messages
- Work with the ED and PM in the development of the FY financial planning for the organization.
- Work with the PM, SI and other thematic officers to ensure seamless financial operation and reporting.
- Provision and timely submission of monthly and annual financial reports of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc in Financial Management or related field
- 3-5 Years’ experience as a Finance officer and funding management, Budget management, Excel, Accounting and Reporting, and policy procedures for public health, especially USAID/CDC development projects.

2.) Program Manager
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- Support accountability through coordinating project evaluation activities and assisting team members in their efforts to collect and analyse project data
- Work closely with the ED to ensure organization budget is prepared, and also provide feedback where necessary.
- Shall facilitate and coordinate weekly program review meetings at the state level
- Shall represent the organization at state level meetings.
- Any task assigned to by the ED.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc in Biological Science, Social Science, Public Health, International Development, or related field

3.) Data Entering Officer
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Strategic Officer (M&E), ensuring all data are well tracked.
- To ensure data correction and cleaning for appropriate reporting and entering.
- To ensure all date is safe by daily, weekly and monthly backup of the data base in the external/detachable device (hard disk) for easy retrieval.
- Shall support the SI officer to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in design, implementation, monitoring , evaluation and reporting of all Life Care International Foundation activities
- To work and assist M/E on all deliverables and report when due.
- To attend to all data requests.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Biological Science, Social Science, Public Health, International Development, or related field.

4.) Orphan and Vulnerable (OVC) Officer
Location: River
Responsibilities
- Achieving 95% 95% 95% goal of the beneficiaries.
- Ensuring all beneficiaries must their HIV status.
- Facilitate to ensure linkage to care, treatment and prevention services for all eligible clients and beneficiaries.
- Ensure all HIV diagnosed and liked clients are followed up to ensure continuum in care and viral suppression.
- Ensuring that the children are nutritionally stable
- Follow up on the beneficiary to ensure they do not turn into IIT and PIIT
- Ensures synergy of all bilateral referral processes & track outcomes to and from health facilities and communities.
- Provides support to newly identified PLHIV on linkage processes, including assessment and mitigation of possible barriers to linkage.
- Facilitate the implementation of community adherence monitoring.

5.) Strategic Information Officer
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure that all monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate at the state level and meets the ASPIRE Project needs
- He/She shall contribute towards relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of weekly, monthly and quarterly data collated and reported at the state level.
- Shall work with the program team in areas of data analysis to inform program decision/activities.
- He /She shall ensure timely, accuracy and quality of all program data achievement are entered on NOMIS and transmitted to the funders.

6.) Executive Director
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- The ED is 50% on the ASPIRE Project.
- Shall facilitate day to day management of the project activities, provide leadership to monitor budget implementation and ensure strict compliance to donor and organization policies and procedures for the ASPIRE Project.
- Coordinate senior management team activities including anchoring of meetings in accordance with the established ToR.
- The ED shall attend meetings of utmost importance as deemed fit by the funders at the state level.
- Facilitates and coordinate Monday Planning and review meetings with team members for improved quality program service delivery.
- Support to ensure timely submission of accurate programmatic and technical reports as required including responding promptly to all requests from donor.
- Support in duties related to the management of human resources, including analysis of staffing needs and resources, review of positions descriptions, mentoring and capacity building.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Biological Science, Social Science, Public Health, International Development, or related field
- 7 – 8 years’ experience working in HIV/AIDs / TB/OVC projects for public health, especially USAID/CDC development projects.
