Kaduna State Residents Registration Agency (KADSRRA) was established by law on 1st March, 2018 by the administration of His Excellency Mallam Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai and inaugurated on 11th April 2019. The Agency was established to create a reliable database of all residents in the State to provide useful data for planning, financial services, education, housing, health and related matters.

1. Department Head – Operations
Minimum Requirements
- A Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of second-class.
- Either of the Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree must be in a core ICT related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical And Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering etc.). KADSRRA Recruitment
- Minimum of seven (7) years post-qualifica tion cognate experience in project management, software development, management of IT infrastructure, or related fields.
- Strong familiarity with development environments and tools.
- Competent and proficient understanding of business solutions, such as Document Management, CRMs, Business Web Technology etc.
- Relevant professional qualifications, and presentation of verifiable portfolio of relevant projects, will be an added advantage.

2. Unit Head – Admin
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any Business and Management related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role, or 7 years’ experience in a similar role in addition to a master’s degree in any business and management related discipline.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, CRM, SharePoint and other collaborative tools
