Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Psychology, Business, Management, Education, Social / Community Work, Public Administration and Sociology / Social Sciences preferred.
• Minimum of three year’s professional experience in protection mainstreaming gender and diversity
• Experience in developing and using protection, gender and diversity tools.
• Previous experience in design, implementation, and mainstreaming protection in FSL, Nutrition Wash and gender programs
• Experience in developing gender and protection training manual
