We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Business Development Manager – Kaeser Air Compressor / Mobile Air
Location: Lagos
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.
- 5-6 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery industry, with a focus on air compressors or related products.
- Strong understanding of compressed air systems, including compressor technologies, controls, and applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales and productivity tools.

2.) Asset Inventory Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 8 – 10 years of proven working experience in asset and inventory management in large organizations.
- Hands on experience with Assets and warehouse management software and databases.
- Strong supply management knowledge.
- Knowledge of the legal requirements in asset management.

3.) Electrical Assembler
Location: Lagos
Minimum Requirements
- High School Degree. Electronics Engineering Degree, BE. Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is a plus. Other certifications in electronics assembly is a plus.
- 3-5 years of proven work experience in electrical assembly and wiring.
Competencies:
- Excellent proficiency in process specifications manufacturing practices and standardized assembly operations
- Outstanding operational familiarity with soldering irons hand tools and electrical test and precision measuring instruments
- Superior knowledge of health and environmental rules and regulations
- Able to comprehend and follow written work instructions
- High skills in working with team members in a productive manner
- Sound skills in accurate comprehension of assembly drawings schematic diagrams and work instructions
- Strong manual abilities, dexterity and attention to detail
- Able and willing to demonstrate eagerness, enthusiasm and optimism for work activities
- Positive attitude, proactive and flexible with changes in production
- Must be able to assemble and retain knowledge of all assemblies
- Capacity to work under pressure
- Able to meet deadlines
- Strong coordination skills.
