1.) Executive Secretary
Location: Enugu
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any Social Science course, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least five (5) years of related experience are required.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Salary / Benefit
- N50,000 – N100,000 monthly (very competitive).

2.) Senior Marketing Officer
Location: Enugu
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Establish budgets and marketing objectives
- Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
- Prepare periodic sales report
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors
- Maintain a keen understanding of the industry and economic trends affecting consumers and make appropriate recommendations
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Extensive Marketing Experience (preferably in the FMCG industry)
- Ability to prepare forecasts and Budget
- Computer proficiency (including Microsoft word and excel)
- Ability to Research and Analyze data
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills (Ability to communicate in the Hausa language will be an asset)
- Ability to build relationships
- Good Knowledge of the different geopolitical zones in Nigeria

3.) Accountant
Location: Enugu
Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions; prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
- ACA certification compulsory
- Experience in FMCG is an added advantage
- Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Accountant.
- Excellent working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAGE, QuickBooks etc, advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

4.) Driver
Location: Enugu
Responsibilities
- Safely transporting the executive staff to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the loading and offloading of executive staff luggage, products, and materials.
- Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning. Vehicle maintenance will be carried out on management approval.
- Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management immediately.
- Other task assigned to you by management.

- WAEC, OND.

Responsibilities
- Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.
- Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
- Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.

- Inspecting for damages to vehicles.
- Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
- Operating and managing technical equipment.
- Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
- Identifying workplace safety hazards.
- Adhering to safety management standards.
- Adhering to production schedules.
Requirements
- OND / HND qualification.
- 4 – 5 years work experience.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good physical condition.
- Good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Valid fork-lifting certificate (will be an added advantage).
