1.) Business Analyst
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience & analytical skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Technical expertise in data models, database design, and data mining
- Strong visualization skills (Data storytelling) using any visualization tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, Mode, Metabase etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze and disseminate a significant amount of information with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages especially Python and R
- Adept at SQL queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- Ability to think creatively about solutions, including thinking about the best metrics to drive the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong desire to collaborate with Engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to communicate data insights to management in a clear and concise manner.

2.) Operations & Strategy Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- First Degree or equivalent experience from a reputable institution.
- 6 – 8 years’ experience in strategy, business operations management or technology. Consulting experience is a must.
- Must be a creative thinker, well organized, and results oriented with a verifiable track record.
- Ability to work with and assist executives and all levels of management to help the company define and deliver global strategy and objectives.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

- 3 – 6 years’ sales / accounts management experience exceeding growth targets.
