We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Grants / Partnership Technical Senior Officer
Location: Borno
Qualifications
- A University Degree in Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with internationally funded projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating budgets, reviewing financial reports, preparing for and monitoring audits, and file management.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- PSEA and Safeguarding certificate
- Ability to work under own initiative or as a part of a team.
- Experience working in a conflict environment is a plus.
- Fluency in oral and written English is required.
- Fluency in Hausa and one of the languages spoken in North-East Nigeria is preferable.
Experience:
- Three (3) years of experience in grants management is required.
- A minimum of four (4) years of general working experience is required.

2.) Advocacy and Capacity Building Officer
Locations: Borno and Yobe
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, with at least 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Must be honest, accountable, a good listener, able to work in a team, transparent and honest.
- Must have understanding and ability to action and communicate DEI principles in all activities.
- Must be computer literate, with a good knowledge of MS office suites and google workspace.
- Good report writing and workshop facilitation.
- Fluent in Hausa, Kanuri and local languages within the LGAs of implementation.
- The position will be based at the head office with frequent travel to field locations.

3.) Protection Team Lead
Locations: Borno and Yobe
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, with at least 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Must be honest, accountable, a good listener, able to work in a team, transparent and honest.
- Must have understanding and ability to action and communicate DEI principles in all activities.
- Must be computer literate, with a good knowledge of MS office suites and google workspace.
- Good report writing and workshop facilitation.
- The position will be based in Maiduguri with frequent travel to all field locations and take care of the protection component of the project which includes, GBV case management, child protection and mine action activities under the project.
- Master’s degree in social science, with at least 3 years’ experience in GBV case management, PSS, Child protection and Mine action. Proficient in Microsoft office suites and google workspace.
- Fluent in Hausa, Kanuri and local languages within the LGAs of implementation.
