1.) Graduate Communications Intern
Locations: Abuja & Borno
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or related discipline with a year of experience, or similar field.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any other Nigerian language
- Experience in managing social media platforms and content creation.
- Familiarity with graphic design software and video editing tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in using email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications, preferably Google Suite applications.
- Knowledge of website content management systems such as WordPress Demonstrated skills in teamwork and collaboration.

2.) Research Intern – PEARL Unit
Locations: Abuja & Borno
Responsibilities
Research Planning and Implementation:
- Supporting the Research Officer to design and implement research strategy and methodology, including desk reviews and contribution to questionnaire and tool design.
- Working with field staff to design and implement research procedures, including coordinating and ensuring timely data collection and analysis, including assistance in quality assurance.
- Ensuring the writing of timely and accurate assessment reports, factsheets and other outputs (including designing and creating data visualisations using specific software when needed).
Data Management, Cleaning, Analysis and Reporting:
- Support the identification and training of enumerators for primary data collection and help to oversee data collection, in line with agreed TORs;
- Drafting of situation updates on data collection progress for submission to Senior Management, and, where relevant, external partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure that data is revised and cleaned and that all revisions are recorded;
- Support analysis on collected data as per ToRs;
- Contribute to the writing of timely and accurate assessment reports and factsheets, which comply with FACT’s guidelines;
- Maintain regular communication with the Research Officer on progress and deadlines for written products.
- Finally, conduct secondary desk research in specific areas in the Nigeria context deemed critical for programme development and fundraising.
Requirements
- Excellent Academic qualifications in a relevant discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Political Science, Social Research, Economics, Development Studies, or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and drafting skills for effective reporting;
- Ability to operate Microsoft tools and Project Management Software
- Basic skills in Excel, SPSS, R or related statistical programming.

3.) Senior Human Resources Officer
Location: Abuja / Borno
Requirements
- B.Sc in a related field. Professional certification is necessary
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, at least 2 years in a similar role in an NGO is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills are required for effective report writing
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable multi-tasking and supporting multiple products
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Figma, and Microsoft Office desktop applications, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Google Suite apps.
