1.) Procurement Expert
Location: Abuja
Job Qualifications
- Advanced Degrees in relevant field and procurement and supply chain certifications (CIPS, APICS, CSCP, or similar), or 15 years equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Nigeria’s Public Procurement Law and regulations, Infrastructure Concession
- Commission Regulatory Act and public asset management is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing end-to-end procurement processes.
- Experience working on international donor-funded programs and national authorities.
- Extensive technical experience in implementing or managing complex procurement processes including:
- Design of RFQ and RFP documents
- Tender evaluations
- Contract negotiations
- Contract performance management
- Monitoring procurement work plans
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues in the workplace in a multi-cultural environment and to build effective working relations with colleagues
- Excellent spoken and written English.

2.) Finance Expert
Location: Abuja
Job Qualifications
- Advanced degree – M.B.A. degree in Finance/Chartered Accounting certification and at least 7 – 10 years of successful, verifiable, and relevant experience in a project finance environment.
- Experience in evaluating and financing infrastructure investments from a government/ private sector view, project finance, PPPs, and resource mobilization, will be an advantage preferably in healthcare.
- Expertise in financial and economic analysis of PPP projects, including Cost-Benefit Analysis.
- Must be a good manager who is self-driven and proactive.
- Must be able to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Must have a balanced personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent spoken and written English.

3.) Bookkeeper
Location: Lagos
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- At least two years of relevant bookkeeping, financial management and/or accounting experience in Nigeria, required
- Ability to work in a professional and cordial manner with fellow staff members, visitors, the public, and partner institutions including international and local NGOs, and governmental entities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple work assignments in an extremely fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and exercise good, professional judgment that reflects positively on the image and communicates the established program message of the project.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with USAID regulations and control systems or other donor funded systems preferred.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including financial management applications and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel spreadsheet applications.
- Fluency in written and oral English is required.
