1.) Senior Administrative Officer
Location: Abuja
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. Master’s will be a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in administrative support functions, with increasing responsibility. Experience with a local or international NGO a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation with very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ethical conduct and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented and results-oriented
- Languages – English
- Travel- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25 %.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional education may substitute for some experience.
- Experience and proficient skills in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and information management systems.

2.) Information and Communication Assistant
Location: Abuja
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field (Computer Science, Computer Networking, Programming, and Information Systems) required. Significant work experience in a directly related field combined with appropriate training/certificates may substitute for degree.
- Desired certifications include Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or equivalent, Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent, Microsoft SharePoint Foundations or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation Certified.
- One to two years work experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
- Experience in introduction, design, implementation, and adoption of relevant technology and data management tools.
- Required Languages – English
- Travel – Must be willing and able to travel up to 25 %.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good relationship management skills.Ability to relate to people at all levels internally and externally with a strong client-service focus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical ideas and concerns in a non-technical manner.

- Demonstrated experience building ICT capacity with professional staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated capacity in management of network/server software and hardware devices and platforms.
- Grasp of complex network, security, mobile, desktop, server, telephony, backup, application, and database technologies.
- Experience with ITSM and systems management tools preferred.

- External: CRS partners; Government agencies, NetHope, Peers from other NGOs in the country; and ICT services providers.

3.) Project Officer – ICT4MEAL
Location: Abuja
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- MA / MSc Degree or BA / BSc Degree in Computer Science / Database management / Data Science
- At least 3 years relevant experience for MA/MSc or 5 years relevant experience for BA/BSC degree in a related role within an international NGO
- Knowledge of technical principles and concepts in ICT4D with general knowledge of other related disciplines like Statistics humanity, and science to ensure a proper cross-sectoral approach.
- Certification in advanced database design, management, and deployment (Microsoft TechnologyAssociate) is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years minimum experience working with relational database systems such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and administration of a database.
- Familiar with data collection technologies, such as CommCare, CSPro, Survey123, and other related data collection platforms
- Expert knowledge of GIS mapping and Geospatial analysis using ArcGIS is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using MS PowerBi and other visualization software is an added advantage.
- Experience in capacity building of partners and frontline/field-based staff and communities on ICTs
