1.) Protection Officer

Job Holder Entry Requirements
Knowledge (Education & Related Experience):
- University Degree in a related field (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Law)
- Minimum 2-years of relevant work experience in psychology, social work, case management, counselling, etc.
- Minimum 1- of work experience with an INGO, NGOs and/or local authorities in years Nigeria in the protection sector
- Minimum 1-year of supervisory experience with an INGO, NGOs and/or local authorities in Nigeria
Skills (Special Training or Competence):
General professional competencies:
- Proven experience in computer systems and network administration
- Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
- Team management
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
Training skills:
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of the local humanitarian and security context
- Context / Specific skills, Knowledge and experience:
- In-depth knowledge of the Office 365 suite
- Designing and managing IP networks
- Bandwidth optimization and high availability techniques.
- Knowledge of installation, configuration and maintenance of HF and VHF radios is an asset.
Performance Management:

Job Holder Entry Requirements
Knowledge (Education & Related Experience):
- A Degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in nutrition programming, preferably in humanitarian or emergency contexts. Experience in community-based nutrition interventions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of nutrition principles, assessment methodologies, and program design. Proficiency in nutrition software and data analysis tools is an asset.

4.) Agriculturalist

Job Holder Entry Requirements
Knowledge (Education & Related Experience):
- Degree in Agriculture specializing in Crop Science, Horticulture, Agronomy or General Agriculture.
- In-depth knowledge of soil and crop principles
- Experience in agricultural extension and training of lead farmers, illiterate farmers in displacement affected communities.
- Knowledge of the agricultural systems, calendar, livelihood calendar and production practices of communities in Northeast Nigeria.
- Experience in designing and implementing kitchen/backyard gardens using the low input gardening & nutrition sensitive approaches.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in nutrition programming, preferably in a humanitarian or emergency context.
- Strong technical knowledge of nutrition principles, including assessment, screening, and treatment of malnutrition.
- Experience in program management, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Proven ability to build capacity and provide training and supervision to staff and volunteers.
