• Works In collaboration with Operations, to maintain an accurate cost of goods and pricing of products and services on Quickbooks to reveal actual profit margin.
• Maintains accurate data of approved vendors on Quickbooks and prepares Purchase Orders.
• Monitors and updates Inventory list on Quickbooks.
• Uploads approved payments on Company Internet Banking platform
• Responsible for transacting with the company’s Bank accounts.
• Ensures the right VAT administration and federal Tax is applied in the company.
• Manages financial liabilities of the company, especially with respect to correspondences with our Bankers.
• Manages the invoices for company projects and sends estimates and invoices to clients.
• Maintains company asset register.
• Manages the receipts and deposits of cash and bank transactions, including foreign transfers, to ensure the accuracy of financial position.
• Manages processing of invoices, prepares cheques, monitors payment terms and maintains appropriate records.
• Ensures that the financial management reports are produced on a timely basis.
• Manages all State and Federal tax receipts.
• Makes timely payments to the tax authorities after approval and maintains a good relationship with the tax authorities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• University Degree / HND qualification in Accounting
• ICAN certification will be a added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the same role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling etc.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
• Adhere to all company, local, state and federal protocol and safety regulations.
• Complete regular preventative maintenance and call for repairs as needed.
• Detect and troubleshoot system malfunctions through taking measurements, adjusting controls, reprogramming machines and closely monitoring grooving, drilling and cutting.
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Ensure that results of machining process align with client expectations.
• Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Enter all relevant codes to specify the feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath for a CNC.
• Observe operations and interpret control panel displays to achieve production requirements and maintain safe operating standard.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years experience.
