1.) Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Location: Ogun
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related (essential).
- 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
- Not more than 27 years.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.

2.) B2B Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 15th December, 2023.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or Masters will serve as an added advantage.
- Successful previous experience as B2B sales manager in FMCG, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s own time, build relationships and close deals.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in B2B sales.

- B.Sc or HND Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years working experience in a related role in FCMG
- Proven sales experience in FMCG.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets

- Confidence, motivation and determination
- Experience in Osun State is required
