We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Account Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Handles Daily bank reconciliation for all stores and online accounts and POS statements.
- Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to the Operations Manager.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure the accuracy of information.
- Prepare a daily report on the pending tracker of all pending transactions in reconciliation as at the close of business each day.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecast.
- Provide support during audits and tax preparation.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency with accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal financial regulations
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred

2.) Warehouse Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensures inventories are accurate and controls inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with the system balance regularly
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Conduct proper checks and ensure goods received are in good condition before raising G.R.N
- Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods received and goods dispatched including labeling of all stock items
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Maintain items record, necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Ensure efficient and effective use of Warehouse space to include layout and bins for proper planning
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree / HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or Business Administration with 2- 4 years of work experience.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques

3.) Store Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Role Description
- The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory levels and merchandising, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer complaints.
- The Store Supervisor will also be responsible for managing and supervising staff, providing guidance and support, and conducting staff training.
- We are seeking a highly experienced Store Supervisor who would play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the store.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and manage stock rotation.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve overall store profitability.
- Ensures orderly storage of incoming goods; maintains detailed records of available products and their storage locations.
- Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
- Communicates results of inventory reviews to operations manager; collaborates with Warehouse officer to schedule future shipments.
- Ensures smooth store flow, orderliness, and cleanliness
- Creates a positive store image through adherence to company policies and standards
- Report all safety, production, and inventory issues to management and find ways to prevent a reoccurrence.

- Proven experience in a retail store with a minimum of 2 – 3 years in a supervisory role.

Location: Lagos
Duties
- Welcome and guide walk-in customers.
