We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Qualifications
- Should possess HND or B.Sc in (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration and Social Sciences or related academic fields.
- A minimum of eight (8) years work experience preferably in FMCG/packaged foods manufacturing companies.
- Possession of costing and budgeting skills.
- Strong previous experience leading agribusiness development, sales, and marketing locally and internationally.
- Previous experience balancing complex problem solving, concept development, project management, and facilitation.
- Hands-on experience managing project teams.
- Experience in clients’ engagement.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks with proficiency in Microsoft Office suites including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

2.) Surveyor
Location: Ekiti
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Engineering, or a similar field.
- 15-20 years minimum previous experience as a surveyor or in a similar role.
- Work experience in Ekiti and/2or any neighouring states would be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of GPS and GIS.
- Thorough understanding and ability to apply methods and standards of technical report writing and computer-assisted surveying applications.
- Aptitude in math and problem-solving.
- Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently.
- Must be registered

3.) Head of Security
Location: Ekiti
Qualifications
- Retired Military/Para Military personnel with at least a B.Sc or HND.
- Good knowledge and experience (min 5 years) as security operations manager
- Previous experience in a large scale farm projects and knowledge of local language is an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws.
- Proven proficiency in developing physical security protocols and procedures.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional managerial prowess and the ability to lead a team.
- A good understanding of safety procedures.
- Basic IT skills
- Analytical Skills – Should be able to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and determine the best course of action to for optimum safety.
