Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or any other related discipline.
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience and strong understanding and expertise in the relevant role
- Certification in training and development is an added advantage.
- Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, adapt training methods to different learning styles and effectively communicate with participants.
- Good oral and written communication skills to convey information effectively and build rapport with participants.
- Ability to engage and motivate socially excluded and disadvantaged women
- Effective interpersonal skills for establishing a positive learning environment.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, etc. is required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Proficiency in English and local languages spoken in the project area is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

2.) Data Collector (Enumerator)

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or any other related discipline.
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in data collection.
- An understanding of the key concepts and principles of monitoring and evaluation, including data collection and analysis, indicators, and reporting.
- The ability to analyze data and interpret findings
- Good oral and written communication skills to convey information effectively and build rapport with communities and participants.
- Computer literacy is required. Proficiency in using software applications, such as Microsoft Office and statistical packages, to analyze and present data.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Excellent interactive and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hausa languages spoken in the project area is required.

3.) Men’s Engagement Programme Associate
Location: Cross River
Qualifications and Skills
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Gender Studies or any other related field.
- Minimum of one year’s experience managing projects in social services, education (preferably with adults), psychology, community development, and women’s issues.
- Demonstrated commitment to ending violence against women.
- Understanding the role of men in ending violence against women.
- Demonstrated experience working on community development issues.
- Demonstrated experience working with NGOs, particularly international NGOs, is highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in organizing training with and for authorities, community and traditional leaders.
- A deep understanding of gender issues, including the impact of traditional gender roles and the dynamics of power and privilege, is essential.
- Awareness of cultural differences and the ability to work sensitively within diverse communities is essential.
- Ability to advocate for gender equality and challenge harmful social norms is essential to the role.
- Understanding human rights principles and the ability to apply these principles to program design and implementation is essential.
- Demonstrating a commitment to personal growth, self-reflection, and continuous learning is valuable in this role.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
- Excellent report writing skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Required oral and written communication skills in English and pidgin language.

4.) Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Consultant)
Location: Plateau
Required Skills and Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, Development, International Relations, Human Rights, Humanitarian Law, or a related field.
- Expertise in designing and implementing research, monitoring, and evaluation mechanisms, with a focus on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) programs.
- Familiarity with Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks, tools, and methodologies specific to GBV interventions.
- Ability to develop and adapt Monitoring and Evaluation tools to effectively engage community stakeholders and project participants.
- Proficiency in collecting qualitative and quantitative data, including conducting community ranking exercises, capturing the most significant changes, remote monitoring, data analysis, and identifying trends.
- High proficiency in Information Technology, including the use of mobile data collection tools such as WhatsApp Messenger, Kobo Collect, Open Data Kit (ODK), Microsoft packages, and other statistical applications.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision, and deliver high-quality results.
- Fluency in written and spoken Hausa language is essential.
- Strong knowledge of ethical considerations and confidentiality protocols in working with sensitive data.
- Proficiency in statistical software and qualitative analysis software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in capacity building and providing technical support to staff and stakeholders.
- Sensitivity to cultural and gender considerations in program implementation and data collection.
