Qualification and Experience
- Any Basic Degree is acceptable.
- 10 Years & Above Total Experience
- Minimum of 5 Years and Above in Mobile Field as Assistant Sales Manager & other applicable positions.

2.) Team Leader
Locations: Borno, Yobe, Katsina and Jigawa
Job Responsibilities
- Checking of promoters resumption and closing time
- Making sure that promoters are at stores at all time
- Give basic knowledge on product training to promoters
- Follow up on stock of all my outlet
- Make sure at all time there is availability of stock
- Follow up with daily sales, collate at the close of business and send to your line manager
- Support promoters with activation, gift items and training.
- Follow up on all POSM of our brands in the region e.g door banner, display table, flier holder, light box etc
- Supervise and ensure sales and Market growth.

3.) Human Resources / Administrative Officer

Job Description
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain and update employee records on compensation, leave, promotion and termination.
- Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administering payroll and maintaining staff records
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; developing and implementing policies on a variety of workplace issues e.gdisciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities
