1.) Operations and Maintenance Manager
Location: Lagos
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in oil and gas production or operations industry, experience in gas processing plant/project will be an added advantage.
- Thorough technical knowledge of various oil & gas industry equipment and services to deliver maintenance work packages.
- Knowledge in shutdown management system, CMMS work order management, master data management, load levelling, material management, , Primavera P6/MS Project for shutdown scheduling and KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Hands on experience in maintenance and shutdown execution, planning & scheduling in oil and gas industry.

2.) Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management / Construction Management / Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project development, project management, commercial construction, design/build management, electrical construction, or a combination thereof and commissioning/startup support in oil and gas industry, experience in gas processing plant/project will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of Gas processing facilities experience is required.
- Ability to mitigate risk through analysis and contingency planning.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict-management

3.) Instrumentation Engineer
Location: Lagos
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline required.
- 8+ Years relevant experience in commissioning/startup support in an oil and gas industry, experience in gas processing plant/project will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of field instrumentation & controls including sensors, transmitters, final control elements, process control systems, communication protocols and wiring methods.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving profile
- Design instrument loops including selection & sizing of flow meters, control valves and other field instrumentation.
- General knowledge of power generation, MV/LV distribution systems, and UPS and DC power systems.
- Understanding of electrical protection for feeders, motors, transformers, and other equipment. Knowledge or experience with ASDs/VFDs
- Identify actions to reach needed results. Seek input to solve problems. Persevere through barriers & find alternatives. Track progress & keep others informed.
Soft Skills:

4.) Electrical Engineer
Location: Lagos
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline required.
- 8+ Years relevant experience in facilities Electrical design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning/startup support in oil and gas industry, experience in gas processing plant/project will be an added advantage.
- Experience with designing, specifying, and installing with familiarity towards commissioning of High & Medium Voltage switch gear, power systems protection and control selections, control systems integration, ASDs, PLC & DCS in Greenfield & Brownfield Environments is required.
- Experience with development of site-specific procedures for electrical equipment
- Relevant experience in front end project development.
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas Codes, Standards and international best industry practices
- Familiarity with various power applications (substations, utility services, off-grid generation).

5.) Process Engineer
Location: Lagos
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Process Engineering or related discipline required.
- 8+ Years Experience supporting major turnarounds and/or capital project, experience in gas processing plant/project will be an added advantage.
- Experience with specifications and data sheets for Electrical equipment like EHV GIS/AIS Switchgear, Power
- Transformers, large synchronous/induction motors, HV/LV Switchgears and Control gears, EHV/HV/LV Cables,Bus ducts, EHV GIBs, UPS, Battery Charger, NGR, Panel boards is a requirement
- ability to work with design contractors to review contractor design packages, provide input to FEED packages, introduce new technology to enhance company productivity, suggest innovative solutions to optimize equipment performance, demonstrate safe working practices.
- Knowledge and experience in Process Engineering in chemical, petrochemical, refining, complex process facilities.
- Knowledge in Engineering and Process Safety
- Awareness of Process Safety Management concepts and principles such as PHA, LOPA, AOA, IOWs etc.
