1.) Operations Manager
Location: Lagos

Requirements
We are looking for:
- Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years experience in a fast-paced logistics and operations business focused on trucking.
- Ability to tackle issues that involve people and processes effectively.
- Ability to work with diverse teams collaboratively.
- Confident and analytical with the ability to lead and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to make decisions quickly yet thoroughly using facts and data.

2.) Head of Operations
Location: Lagos

Requirements
We are looking for:
- Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 – 8 years experience in a senior operational position in a fast-paced logistics company focused on trucking
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Operations Manager in a logistics company & operations business
- Executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills
- Must be a confident and analytical leader with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to make decisions quickly yet thoroughly using data.
- Experience managing a large team with a proven record of achieving results.
- Must have extensive experience in managing end-to-end 3PL operations, implementing innovative solutions, and leading high-performance teams to enhance overall productivity.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2.1 is preferred, and excellent written and communication skills are a must.
- You will need your laptop for the job.
