1.) Vice-Chancellor
Location: Osun
Qualifications and Experience
The success of the Vice-Chancellor depends on his/her ability to lead, motivate and inspire academic and non-teaching staff as well as students and all other stakeholders to work towards the central purpose of the University to advance learning and enhance talent. Specifically, therefore, the candidate shall be expected to be a person with: Redeemer’s University Recruitment

- A proven track record of academic excellence such as to be able to command the respect of national and international academic communities and colleagues.

- The candidate should not be more than 60 years at assumption of duty on October 1, 2023, and must have spent at least, fifteen (15) years in the University system, with at least 10 years as Professor with appropriate academic, research and administrative experiences.
Terms and Conditions of Service Applicable to the Post
- The Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a single term of five (5) years.
- Redeemer’s University offers an enhanced remuneration package applicable to the post.
- The remuneration and other conditions of service shall be as approved by the Board of Trustees / Council from time to time.

2.) Deputy Director, Academic Planning & Quality Assurance (RUHSS 14)
Location: Osun
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree not below Second Class Lower Division in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or in other relevant disciplines and a minimum of fourteen (14) years cognate work experience with a considerable part in the University system.
- The applicants must have served as Chief Academic Planning Officer for at least 4 years by 1st October, 2023. Possession of higher degree and membership of relevant chartered professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must be ICT literate and must enjoy good physical and mental health.
Conditions of Service
The successful candidate shall be placed on a consolidated salary and shall enjoy other conditions of service attached to this position, as approved by the Governing Council.

3.) Deputy Director, Internal Audit (RUHSS 14)
Location: Osun
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree not below Second Class Lower Division in Accounting from a recognised University with at least fourteen (14) years relevant post-qualification experience, a considerable part of which should be in the university system.
- Candidates, who must possess a professional Accounting qualification (FCA, ACA, ACCA), must have served for at least 4 years in a position not below the grade of Chief Internal Auditor by 1st October, 2023 in an institution of higher learning at the time of applying for this position.
- Possession of a higher degree and membership of additional recognised professional bodies will be a good advantage.
- Candidates must be ICT literate and must enjoy good physical and mental health.

- Candidates must possess a good Honours Degree or its equivalent from a recognised University with at least fourteen (14) years relevant post-qualification experience, a considerable part of which should be in the University administration.
- Candidates must have served for at least 4 years in a position not below the grade of Principal Assistant Registrar by 1st October, 2023 in an institution of higher learning at the time of applying for this position.
