Our teams are committed to supporting civilians’ victims of marginalization and exclusion, or hit by natural disasters, wars and economic collapses, by answering their fundamental needs. 1.) Communication Intern
Location: Borno
Qualifications & Required Skills
Education Qualification:
- A First Degree in Communication, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, English Language, International Relations or any relevant field is essential.
Work Experience:
- Experience working in a team, experience in an association and/or international environment appreciated
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good knowledge of communication tools, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, etc.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for a wide range of internal and external audiences.
- Proactive and energetic outlook with an understanding of fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of basic graphic design, video editing, and photography
- Knowledge of web content management systems; knowledge of user experience, search engine optimization, and website best practices
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and Hausa is mandatory; good knowledge of Kanuri is an asset.
Assets:
- Interests: Working in humanitarian relief (field visits on PUI Nigeria’s sites of intervention depending on security conditions)
- Knowledge of PUI programming in Nigeria will be an added advantage.

Mandatory requirements:
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Hausa, and good knowledge in Kanuri is an asset
- Education degree: At least certificate of Secondary education or a Degree in Social Science / Development Studies / Political Science or related field
- Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good knowledge of community outreach, community mobilization and protection
- Excellent experience in conducting trainings, awareness sessions and surveys/assessments
- Knowledge of international legal instruments related to protection (IHL/IHRL), IDP guiding principles, SPHERE standards, protection mainstreaming

3.) Psycho-Social Supervisor
Location: Borno
Qualifications and Required Skills
mandatory Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 5 years work experience.
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Hausa and Kanuri is an asset
- Education degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in psychiatry or psychology
- Work experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in management of MHPSS activities. Work experience with International Organizations and/or NGO in the field of MHPSS

- Good knowledge of IASC MHPSS guidelines
- Good knowledge of integration of mental health and psycho-social support services in primary health care settings
- Extensive knowledge of local MHPSS services and other health services

6.) Case Management Officer

Qualifications and Skills
Mandatory requirements:
- Language skills
- Good command in English (speaking, reading & writing)

Education degree:
- Educated to university level (First degree or HND preferably in Social Science, Psychology or a related Field).
