We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Senor Project Associate – Health and Wellbeing
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- MBBS, Bachelors in Nursing or Health area
- Masters degree preferred. Ideally an MBA or MPH. However we are looking for people who are not just clinically focused but want to learn how to be project managers and have interest in the business of health.
- Interest or experience in health preferred. Business background preferred and consulting experience preferred.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and “person-centered” skills
- High level of organizational management capability and prioritization as well as the ability to break the ‘big picture’ into step wise different pieces.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially excel, powerpoint, microsoft word
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and healthy working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines is necessary with high attention to detail
- Demonstrates ability to work with confidential and sensitive data and experience with technology tools including Asana or Trello or Jira.

2.) Maternal Health and NCDs Senior Project Associate

3.) Health Coach
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Health coach certification preferred
- MBBS or Registered Nurse or Pharmacist or Psychologist or health background
- Master’s Degree or relevant qualification in social services or health-related field preferred (Nursing/Midwifery, Public Health, Psychology, Counseling, Health Education, Exercise Science, Nutrition And Dietetics, etc.) preferred but not required
- Expert knowledge of motivational interviewing, reflective listening, behavior change theory, and health psychology preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in health coaching, health promotion, chronic illness management or other clinical role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to actively support, communicate, and teach the unique culture and values of mDoc
- Technology savvy and enthusiastic adopter of work and personal tools. Must be comfortable with assisting others in using technology and working remotely
- Passion for improving health care experience, outcomes and costs
- Interest in reviewing and responding to patient and population health data
- Fluency in English required.
- Strong communication and “person-centred” skills.
