What You’ll Need
You are qualified if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience as a content writer for different audiences and formats.
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
- High-quality writing skills with a strong command of English.
- Have experience in researching and crafting SEO-focused content.
- Have experience in multimedia storytelling
- Understand persuasive copy to influence leads, prospects and customers.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g WordPress).
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office Tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with colleagues.

2.) Data Engineer
Location: Lagos (Remote)
What You’ll Need
You’re qualified if you are/have:
- 3+ years of experience developing custom solutions to optimize deployment workflows and develop solutions to business problems.
- A portfolio featuring your works, especially showing solutions that are live and already in use.
- An out-of-the-box thinker and enjoy thinking up new ways to disrupt the status quo.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional user and customer experience.
- A passion for listening and learning from teams, operations, and users of our products.
- Data-driven in your approach and can serve as a data champion and leader.
- The ability to take responsibility for the data architecture, infrastructure and development process as well as work as a self-directed member of the team.
- Exceptionally-driven and autonomous with a self-starter mindset and deep enjoyment of collaboration.
- A systems thinker: we’re building a full payment ecosystem.
- Great attention to detail.
- Great in the effective use of tools and softwares (including tableau, python, numPY, jupyter, MySQL, tools for modeling, etc.)
- Someone who frequently loves to and can speak fluently in data as well as dig deep to explore and see patterns.
- Finally, you bring positive energy, are comfortable with change, and can manage your own workload effectively.
Some nice to haves:
- B.Sc in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science or relevant field.
- Experience in data science and data analysis is a big advantage.
- A portfolio of relevant projects and works done in terms of business problems solved using data engineering and data science. It should illustrate your involvement and how you contributed to solving the specific problems. This is required for consideration.

3.) Senior Frontend Engineer
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a Frontend Engineer at a Fintech, tech start-up, and/or high-scaling startup and/or fast-paced and hyper-growth environment.
- Experience optimizing the client-side JavaScript performance of large-scale, high-volume systems.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, and testing frameworks/libraries.
- Experience with modern browser technologies.
- Experience with using REST APIs and integrating them properly within frontend applications
- A passion for great user experience and is obsessed with bringing product designs to life, even the tiny details.
- An eye for details and pays great attention, especially around performance, accessibility, reliability, security, and maintainability for our frontend applications.
- The ability to work effectively with a team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and other Engineers.
- Empathy, a collaborative spirit, a sense of humor, and a positive attitude

4.) Transaction Monitoring Analyst
Location: Lagos (Remote)
What You’ll Need
You’re qualified if you are/have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the financial industry is essential. Candidates should have a background in roles related to risk management, compliance, or anti-money laundering (AML).
- Prior experience as a Fraud Analyst, Compliance Officer, Transaction Monitoring Officer or similar role experience in a B2B environment, FinTech services, or Banking industry.
- A strong understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements is crucial. Familiarity with laws such as AML/CTF/CPF/ABC/ sanctions obligations with demonstrated experience at a senior level.
- Knowledge of Transaction monitoring and KYC/CDD.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or similar certifications would be an added advantage
