1.) Remote Independent Marketing Copywriter
Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Qualifications
- Degree in a Writing based discipline is an asset (Journalism, Advertising, etc.)
- 2+ years of professional copywriting experience preferred
- English: Full professional proficiency
- Must have a portfolio of work demonstrating ideas and copy across various media
- Experience creating, editing, and proofing copy for both print and digital
- Strong understanding of internet marketing fundamentals, SEO and social channels
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
- Superior copywriting and proofreading skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Eager, can-do, positive attitude
- Collaborative, open-minded and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, self-manage workload and prioritize deadlines
- Experience with B2B marketing.
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, compelling, customer-centric copy and content for digital channels.

2.) Remote Independent Graphic Designer
Location: Lagos (Remote)
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field. Not required, but preferred. Your experience and portfolio are what we’re most focused on.
- Two (2) years of experience designing for both print and digital assets.
- Have an amazing portfolio that shows ability in typography, layout, use of photography and color, and exceptional creativity across all platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of digital and print design, email marketing, print production, file formats, light animation and overall design best practices.
- Extreme proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign primarily – After Effects knowledge is a plus.
- You enjoy being part of a team and are happy and willing to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong time management and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Accountability to deliverables and timelines.
- Sharp eye for detail and quality – type, color and composition are your forte.
- Experience working with Brand Guidelines and Creative Briefs.
- Able to work on multiples projects at one time
- Ability to learn quickly, produce in a fast-paced environment, and work well under pressure
- A visual thinker with a passion for user experience and a strong online portfolio
- Must have high attention to detail, be able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and work well within a fast-paced environment.

3.) Independent Marketing & Business Development Representative – US Market
Location: Lagos (Remote)
Requirements
- OND or Higher
- At least 1 year of sales experience (cold calling, etc)
- Must be fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Can-do attitude highly organized and evidence of a strong work ethic – going beyond “NO’s”
- Ability to make cold calls if needed (real conversations, not scripted calls)
- Ability to send a minimum of 50 emails per day
- Ability to establish a solid relation basis in 20 minutes
- High personal integrity to overcome rejections and to accept 10% conversion as an extraordinary success
- Have a computer with a solid internet connection
- Able to self-study to understand our industry better
