1.) Qualitative Officer
Location: Lagos
Scope of Engagement
- Empowerment for Local People Foundation is seeking four (4) Qualitative Officers (f/m/x) to be employed for a period of 1 week, starting March 2023 with a daily workload of 9am to 5pm.
The job description includes;
- Plan and implement field activities around app testing and other research work
- Conduct in-depth research on small business operations in Lagos and the given app.
- Download the given app and thoroughly understand the features
- Recruit the number of participants given by the manager for the App testing.
- Collect, record, and analyze participants’ responses to the firm’s data management systems.
- Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Adhere to the organization’s code of conduct and contribute to a positive image.
- Report to the Research manager and collaborate with Program Associate, Program Manager, and other team members to align with project goals and meet expectations.
Salary Range
N200,000 – N300,000 / month.

2.) Assistant Research Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the data collection process and conducting preliminary data analysis.
- Communicating with upper management to ensure alignment on the goals and objectives of the research programs.
- Compiling and submitting research reports to the project team and presenting findings to stakeholders and board members.
- Performing any additional tasks assigned by the program manager.
- Keeping accurate records of research reports and related meeting minutes, while ensuring confidentiality of subjects as necessary.
- Participating in field work as needed.
Salary Range
N200,000 – N300,000 / month.

3.) Project Manager
Location: Abuja
Requirements
- A good academic Degree (ideally a 2.1 or higher) from a well-respected university, particularly in the Humanities, Social Sciences, or Arts, is required. Candidates may be asked to take an aptitude test. Those with a Master’s degree are encouraged to apply.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Exhibits exemplary leadership qualities, including a modest and collaborative attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Possesses experience in organizing and overseeing projects and teams excellently, utilizing office tools such as Dropbox and Google Docs.
- Adept at communicating and presenting effectively.
- Has prior experience working in underprivileged communities within Lagos.
- Demonstrates a willingness and ability to instruct and improve the skills of others.
