We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our team. We make decorative concrete mantels and fire pits at our factory in Richmond.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled worker who enjoys creating things in a dynamic environment. Experience in a foreman or lead hand position is required. No formal experience with concrete is required, but you must be familiar with power tools and a steady hand with a strong attention to detail. The work is fast paced and must be performed within set time frames. We will train.

You must be comfortable to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise production crew and maintain schedule and quality control.
– Assemble and disassemble moulds
– Cast concrete using pouring and hand-lay up techniques
– Utilize power tools and hand tools to build and modify products

Skills:
– Ability to lift 50kg
– Experience working with power tools and hand tools, specifically a grinder and a table saw
– Ability to interpret schematics
– Excellent attention to detail and desire to problem-solve
– Strong time-management ability
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Required Licenses:

– Valid Drivers License

This is a full-time position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,400.00-$72,800.00 per year
