1.) Senior Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
The Person
- Minimum of a B.Sc / HND qualification
- 3 years’ back-to-back administrative experience.
- Be Strong in preventive Maintenance and very knowledgeable about facility management.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and meet deliverables
- Culturally flexible with experience in Automobile
- Very sound in Microsoft office especially excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High emotionally intelligent to manage superiors and direct reports.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.

2.) Senior Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Senior Admin Manager
- Establish and implement admin policies, procedures, and management system and devise ways to streamline processes
- Lead and coach the admin team to monitor and ensure the foreign affairs, office management, like cleaning, canteen, and office layout to meet requirements.
- Assist to work on the annual budget of administrative department, and monitor all related actual admin expenses for safe running.
- Manage Fixed Assets and record properly and timely, ensure inventory with clear documentation.
- Play the role of Health Safety and Environment Officer (HSEO) and make sure the Group requirements are readily available.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of Admin operations within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Supervise and improve the performance of outsourcing team. etc Cleaners and Securities
- Establish and implement drivers and vehicle management system.
- Ensure provision of power and facility management
- Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.

Requirements and Qualifications
- OND or HND

Requirements
