Cedarcrest Hospitals Limited was founded in Abuja in January, 2008. The hospital started as a mono specialty centre and was formerly known as Cedarcrest Orthopaedic Clinics Ltd. Within a few years the hospital expanded its scope of services and has become a leading private multispecialty hospital. The core vision of the organisation is to provide world class specialist healthcare services to patients in Nigeria and the West African sub region.
Cedarcrest Hospitals Ltd currently has four hospitals located in Abuja, Lagos, Kainji and Jebba having over one hundred (100) bed capacity without patient camps in several other cities across Nigeria. 1.) Medical Officer
Location: Niger
Job Description
- Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries.
- Prescribe, administer and dispense medication in accordance with state and federal statutes.
- Ensure that patient care and is optimal and is in adherence to the clinical guidelines and quality standards.
- Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
- Performing inpatient and outpatient review with initial assessment and management.
- Supervise other clinical staff to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements
- Minor medical, surgical and procedure.
- Pre-employment medical checks.
- General administration of duties as regards patients’ welfare
- Any other assignment from higher authority
Requirement
- Certificate of Annual Practicing Licence
- Certificate of Full Registration as a Medical Practitioner
- Degree Certificate
- 2 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N250,000 monthly.

2.) Family Physician (Surgical Skills)
Location: Niger
Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS) registered with MDCN with a valid practicing license.
- Must have a Post Graduate / Residency qualification in Family Medicine.
- Proven experience as a Family Physician.
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
- Excellent knowledge of infectious diseases, their symptoms, and epidemiology.
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medical best practices.
- Excellent communicator who can empathize with patients.
- Excellent quantitative skills.
- Respect for patient’s confidentiality.
- Compassionate and approachable.
- Valid and active medical license
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ideal candidate must have surgical skills.
Salary
N1,000,000 / month.

Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS) registered with MDCN with a valid practicing license.
- Must have a Post Graduate Residency qualification in any internal medicine specialty
- Proven experience as a Specialist Internal Medicine Consultant Physician
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
