General guidelines for applying
- Age: For non-tradesmen/women must be between 18 to 22 years while for tradesmen/women must be between 18 to 25 years, and for assistant chaplains/imams and drivers must be between 18 to 28 years old.
- Nationality: Nigerian citizen by birth with valid means of identification.
- Marital status: Candidate must single
- Height: male minimum height 5.4ft (1.66 meters) and female 3.3ft (1.63 meters)
- Medical fitness: Must be medically fit and must meet the requirements of the NAF medical and employment standards
- All candidates must possess at least 5 credit in NECO/GCE/SSCE/NABTEB including English and Mathematics.
- Any candidate with a Trade test certificate such as drivers, are expected to have at least 2 passes in NECO/SSCE/GCE which should include English.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in medical profession must provide evidence of registration with the current practicing license
