1.) Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years QA experience, with some experience in test automation for mobile or web applications and backend services preferably in a fintech environment.
- Experience with one or more programming languages, API testing tools such as Postman, Git and at least 1 CI tool.
- Experience defining testing strategy, writing detailed test plans, defect management and manual/exploratory testing.
- Experience writing scripts using one or more automation tools such as Espresso, Barista, XCUITest, EarlGrey or Selenium will be an advantage.
- A solid understanding of agile and the role of QA in iterative development cycles.
- Detail oriented, analytical, collaborative, and proven track record of learning on the job.
- Proven work experience in software development.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience in reviewing product requirements and design, creating test plans, test cases and test reports.
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
- Experience in debugging.
- Experience generating test cases on testing platforms such as zephyr
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Manual testing experience on mobile.
- Communicate clearly and early about challenges, root causes and possible risks to various stakeholders.

2.) Business Development Specialist
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee overarching sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Promote the company’s products/services, predicting clients’ objectives by Identify and assessing clients/customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Generate, identify new sales leads, potential new markets, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, pitching products and/or services to increase customer base.
- Identity and pursue partnership and commercial opportunities across our products and services.
- Identify and define needs, articulating value proposition, differentiating competition and positioning for new market entry.
- Develop and enhance sales and business development plans through market intelligence, understanding of client markets (quantitative and qualitative) and competitor analysis.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers by increasing organisation networks and developing partnerships.
- Build a network of professional business contacts within Wesley’s industry; negotiate partnership arrangements and budgets; coordinate teaming agreements, memoranda of understanding, and other institutional agreements with partner in coordination with operations.
- Provide input, research, and formulate strategies and recommendations for new product development opportunities.
- Conduct and review product research to identify new markets and developing customer needs within this vertical.
- To participate and lead in cross functional business growth efforts including facilitation, business case development and execution.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and managing sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Work with product and technology officers, and other staff to conceptualize and design proposals for new project activities and/or amendments to current projects.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and any other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Report on sales activity, pipeline development and revenue forecast.
- Write performance weekly reports and provide feedback to executive management while maintaining accurate and timely electronic files /information in database.
- Perform other related duties as may be delegated to you from time to time.
- Develop the Go-To-Market strategy for the respective product offerings.

3.) Experienced Full Stack Developer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or any relevant field.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
- Ensure quality projects are delivered within defined timelines
- Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation and other deliverables
- Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications development.
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, and .NET.) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js and Amber)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache)
- Experience in Version control system like GIT.
- Basic design ability including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design
