1.) Marketing Trainee
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
The successful candidates must have the following:
- Minimum qualification: National Diploma
- 0-1 year experience
- Excellent Sales, Interpersonal, and Communication skills,
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Must be smart, willing to learn, and conversant with markets on the Island
- Age: Not above 26years old

2.) Relationship Manager
Location: Lagos
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University; MCIB Certification will be an added advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Good knowledge of the Microfinance industry with an excellent record of marketing and closing sales of banking products
- Must have a healthy portfolio in FMCG and structured organizations
- Excellent experience in credit/risk analysis in a successful MFB.
Salary
N150,000 – 300,000 (Still negotiable in line with the candidate’s offering)

3.) Fincon Officer / Credit Admin (Chartered Accountant)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Managing all finance and accounting operations of the bank.
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly management Account
- Driving the company’s financial planning
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Ensuring timely preparation and rendition of all regulatory report
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Ensure Daily reconciliation of all accounts with the correspondent bank.
- Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies during their examination.
- Additional controller duties as necessary
Salary
N200,000 monthly.

Location: Lagos
Requirements
Education and Experience:
