IITA Recruitment 2023 Job Positions
We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1. Technical Assistant
Location: Oyo
Qualifications
- HND / BSc in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Animal Science or any other related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in aquaculture farm operations particularly in tilapia with a well-structured environment.
Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:
- Be experienced in aquaculture farm data collection, farm record keeping, and monitoring preferably in donor-funded or non-for-profit environment setup.
- Be computer literate and have basic data processing knowledge.

2. Music and Physical Education Teacher
Location: Oyo
Qualification
- B.Sc / HND in Music, Physical Education or related field with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an international school approved by an international schools’ association or body (e.g IBO, CIE, AISEN, COBIS, COIS, AISA). Experience of working in an international school (IBO, AISEN, AISA, COBIS or CIS) is preferred.

- High level of computer skills including Microsoft office and internet use.
- Have excellent level of English language.

5. Project Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Location: Oyo
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Statistics, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies, or other relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Core Competencies:
- At least ten years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation responsibility of international/national projects and demonstrated skills in team building and creation of synergies between project partners and stakeholders.
- Experience in working with a wide range of partners – local and international, development actors, farmers, and youth organizations.
- Familiarity with youth in agribusiness implementation programs in Nigeria.
- Proficiency in the use of project Impact Monitoring and Evaluation software, databases, internet-based tools, and other electronic communication tools.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
