1.) IT User Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Qualifications
- OND, HND or BSc qualification
- 2+ years of experience
Certifications:
- ITIL, CompTIA A+, CCNA.
Salary
- N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.

2.) IT Systems Administrator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Able to manage Infrastructure, office 365 & administer the Active Directory.
- Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
- Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
- Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
- Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
Requirements
- Qualifications: OND, HND, BSc
- Certifications: ITIL, MCSE, MCAAA, VCP, CompTIA Server+
- Years of Experience: 2+ years
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.

3.) IT Network Engineer
Location: Lagos
Role Description
- Responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks of the organisation to ensure maximum uptime for users
- Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
- Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND, HND / B.Sc qualification.
- Certifications: ITIL, CCNA, CCNP
- Years of Experience: 2+ years.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
