We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) CCTV Control Officer
Location: Akwa Ibom
Job Description
- Continuously observe multiple CCTV screens to detect and assess any suspicious or fraudulent activities within the supermarket premises.
- Promptly report any unusual or criminal activities designated authorities and provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the events.
- Ensure all relevant incidents are recorded and saved for future reference or investigation.
- Keep the surveillance equipment and cameras clean, functional, and well-maintained. Report any technical issues promptly.
- Strictly follow all supermarket policies and procedures related to surveillance and the use of CCTV systems.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive video footage and ensure it is only accessed by authorized personnel.
- Keen attention to detail and strong observation skills to detect suspicious activities.
- Ability to make rapid decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documenting incidents.
- Basic technical knowledge
- Skills to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- High ethical standards and integrity when handling sensitive video footage.
Requirement
- Minimum of SSCE / OND

2.) Data Entry Officer
Location: Akwa Ibom
Job Description
- Accurately input product information into the supermarket’s database
- Cross-check the received products against invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy in data entry.
- Regularly update product prices in the database, including sale prices and promotional offers.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of inventory levels to assist in stock replenishment and ordering.
- Ensure the data entered is complete, consistent, and free from errors.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hardcopy records of invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with the stock officers and procurement teams to resolve discrepanciesMaintain the confidentiality of sensitive information contained in the database.
- Fast and accurate typing skills, with a high level of data entry accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail to avoid errors in product information.
- Proficiency in using data entry software, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with other departments

Responsibilities
- Accurately confirm and inspect products received by the supermarket against invoices and purchase orders.
- Assign correct prices to items, ensuring pricing accuracy on shelves or in the point of sale system.
- Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards, and report any quality issues promptly.
- Implement price changes and promotional discounts as instructed by management.
