Key Responsibilities​​

1. Warehouse Setup & Operations:​​

• Oversee warehouse layout, equipment procurement, and system configuration;
• Ensure compliance and efficient inventory management;
• Develop operational standards for storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

2. Team Management:​​

• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff;
• Provide ERP/system training to ensure operational proficiency.

​​3. System & Supply Chain Optimization:​​

• Proficient in WMS/ERP systems to streamline processes;
• Coordinate with HQ and logistics partners for seamless operations.

4. ​​Cost & Performance Control:​​

• Monitor warehouse costs and improve efficiency;
• Establish and track KPIs to meet industry standards.

Must-Have Requirements​​

• Experience in warehouse/e-commerce operations, with knowledge of UK logistics;
• Proven warehouse setup experience (SOPs, equipment, etc.);
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (e-commerce logistics preferred);
• Strong team leadership and cross-functional communication skills;
• Fluent English for local stakeholder coordination;
• Data analysis skills to optimize operations;
• Mandarin speaking is a plus.
