What skills and experience we’re looking for
Hillcrest Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Level 1 Teaching Assistant. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. The successful candidate will work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
Potential applicants should have:
- The ability to work constructively as part of a team.
- Experience with working with or caring for children of relevant age.
- Good numeracy/literacy skills.
