Qualifications for Support Workers

• Complete UK driver’s license for manual cars
• Zeal, dedication, and an optimistic outlook
• Adequate background in the care industry
• Fundamental IT abilities
• Adaptable to the demands of the service (evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)

What a Support Worker Must Do

• To guarantee that the individuals we assist receive care that is suitable for their particular requirements
• To engage in their preferred activities
• To assist the person with every facet of daily life
• When required, to administer medication or personal care
• Gotta participate in all required training

Job Type: Full-time contract, Permanent

Pay: £12.40 an hour

Expected hours: 80 hours per fortnight
